Walmart Canada Pokémon card restocks

Updated October 6, 2026

Walmart.ca links are affiliate links (Rakuten Advertising): we may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no cost to you.

Walmart Canada sells new Pokémon sets online at MSRP, when it has them. It is also an easy place to overpay by accident, because Walmart's own stock and marketplace resellers share the same product page.

What Walmart has been selling itself

These are the sealed Pokémon products Walmart.ca has sold itself over the last few days, with the price Walmart charged when we last checked. We leave out listings where only a marketplace seller had an offer, since that price is not Walmart's.

Walmart's own price when we last checked. Stock changes by the minute, so check the page.

The list is short most of the time, and that is normal. Some of Walmart's own stock sells through in minutes and some lasts a while, and once it is gone the product page falls back to marketplace sellers until the next drop. So read the table as where Walmart has been selling lately. Whether it is in stock this minute, only the product page knows.

Walmart's most recent drop

Walmart.ca's last drop started October 12. These are the Pokémon products Walmart itself sold in it, at Walmart's price.

Some products in a drop sell out within minutes, while others stay in stock for a while, and listings can be changed or pulled afterwards. This is what dropped, not what is in stock now, so check the product page.

Walmart stock or a reseller?

Every Walmart.ca product page can carry two kinds of offer:

Seller lineWhat it meansPrice
Sold and shipped by WalmartWalmart's own stockWalmart's price, usually near MSRP
Sold and shipped by another nameA marketplace sellerSet by that seller, often well above MSRP

Walmart.ca decides which offer to show each time the page loads. If Walmart and a reseller are both listed, reloading can flip the page between them. Read the seller line before you tap Add to Cart.

When Walmart drops happen

Walmart.ca drops are late-night affairs. Most land between about 11 PM and 2 AM Eastern, with no announced schedule. On a big drop the site slows down and can put shoppers in a waiting room.

A few things that help:

Catching a drop

Walmart gives no warning before a drop, and the most wanted products can sell through in minutes. Your best odds come from being ready in that late-night window: signed in, payment saved, product page open. For other Canadian stores, our Discord posts restocks as the monitor sees them, and you can see what we recently caught.

Frequently asked questions

Does Walmart Canada sell Pokémon cards online?

Yes. Walmart.ca sells sealed Pokémon TCG product itself, usually at or close to MSRP, and also lists the same products from marketplace sellers at their own prices. Both appear on the same product page, so check who the seller is before you buy.

When does Walmart Canada restock Pokémon cards?

Walmart.ca drops tend to land late at night, most often between about 11 PM and 2 AM Eastern. There is no announced schedule and no back-in-stock email that reliably fires in time.

How do I know if a Walmart.ca listing is sold by Walmart?

Look at the "Sold and shipped by" line under the price. If it names Walmart, that is Walmart's own stock at Walmart's price. Any other name is a marketplace seller, and the price is whatever they set.

Why does the price on Walmart.ca change when I reload the page?

Walmart.ca picks which offer to show each time the page loads. When Walmart and a marketplace seller both list a product, you can see Walmart's offer on one load and a reseller's on the next, sometimes a few cents apart and sometimes far above MSRP.

Is there a queue for Walmart Pokémon drops?

On big drops, yes. Walmart.ca can put shoppers in a waiting room when a hot product goes live. The wait time jumps around; leaving or refreshing the page usually costs you your place.
