Worth Investing In?

How we make these recommendations

Each recommendation reflects a blend of four factors:

  • Secondary market premium vs. MSRP, is sealed product trading above or below list price, and by how much?
  • Chase card demand, how strong is collector and competitive demand for the set's key chase cards?
  • Print run estimate, standard print runs eventually compress premiums; limited or special print runs hold them longer.
  • Market trend, is the secondary price rising (↑), stable (→), or declining (↓)?

BUY means we believe sealed product at or near list price offers positive expected value. HOLD means you're better off keeping sealed product than selling at current market. SELL means we believe the current premium is near its ceiling and you should consider liquidating.
